We never buy personal information from third parties, so we only store information about people who have contacted us.
We retain this information for as long as necessary to meet our accounting requirements and our obligations to government agencies such as HMRC and Companies House.
When we no longer need to retain this information it will be shredded, physically or digitally, and disposed of responsibly.
We will only contact you in response to an enquiry or if you have confirmed that you wish to receive news from us regarding events, projects, etc.
